Organic revenue growth continues to shine.
CentralNic (AIM:CNIC) today released updated results for the year, and they are strong.
The company expects to report revenue of approximately $525 million, net revenue of at least $127 million, and adjusted EBITDA of at least $61 million for the nine months ending September 30, 2022. This represents an increase of 86%, 49% and 89% respectively. .
CentralNic’s revenue was $335 million in the first six months of the year, so third quarter revenue was around $190 million.
Year-over-year organic growth for the last twelve months is approximately 66%. This figure was 53% at the end of the first quarter and 62% at the end of the second quarter, so it is moving in a positive direction.
With the latest results, CentralNic says it should exceed current market expectations for annual results.
The company credits its online marketing segment – domain parking, affiliate and traffic arbitrage – for the outsized growth. CentralNic has made aggressive acquisitions in this space in recent years.
He now has more dry powder to make those acquisitions as well. The company refinanced its debt and added $100 million of additional revolving credit.
Shares of CentralNic are up about 8% today.
